There is no such thing as “left” versus “right.” Republican versus Democrat. Or liberal versus conservative.

What truly exists is the rivalry between good and evil.

The concept of liberalism versus conservatism was born long ago in ancient times and perfected during the first Roman Republic.

Most people accept it as reality given the fact that this concept has played out well over the last 2500 years or so. Making it a key ingredient in the recipe of social control.

Think about it. This one mechanism is responsible for all political debate and so called problem resolution at the political level. Every aspect of our lives are directed and managed by the false notion that some folks are liberal, while others are conservative.

In modern American politics, being considered, “liberal,” typically aligns with positions associated with the Democratic Party. This often includes:

  • Government involvement in the economy
  • Supporting regulations, social safety nets (like healthcare access, unemployment benefits), and reducing income inequality
  • Support for social change
  • Expanding rights related to race, gender, and sexuality (e.g., LGBTQ+ rights)
  • Environmental protection
  • Backing policies to address climate change and conserve natural resources
  • Access to public services
  • Education, healthcare, and infrastructure seen as areas where government should play a strong role

Being politically conservative generally means preferring tradition, gradual change, and limited government involvement in certain areas of life, especially the economy and social policy. Like “liberal,” the meaning shifts depending on country and context, but in the United States it usually aligns with ideas associated with the modern conservative movement.

Key beliefs of modern American political conservatism typically aligns with positions associated with the Republican party and include:

  • Limited but not absent government – Government is necessary for law, order, defense, and basic infrastructure, but it should be smaller and less involved in economic and social regulation
  • Free-market economics – Strong support for capitalism and private enterprise, lower taxes and reduced regulation and a belief that markets generally allocate resources efficiently
  • Social and cultural tradition – Emphasis on family structures, religion, and cultural continuity with skepticism toward rapid social change driven by government or institutions
  • Gradual change over rapid reform – Preference for incremental change rather than sweeping reforms and a concern that large government programs can have unintended consequences
  • National strength and security – Strong emphasis on military readiness and national sovereignty

Historically these two summaries provide a general synopsis of what has been regarded as practical, competing political ideologies that drive and direct a nation as it grows and manages that growth into global hegemonic niches.

On it’s surface this conjugation of two competing ideologues appear to form a demographic platform for representation of the masses and provide for the creation of just legislation and for the resolution of grievance with regard to established rules.

In reality what liberalism and conservatism engender unto their proponents is a disguise, a redirection from truth, and a false sense of security within the confines of the preferred polity.

We feel safe and secure within the scope of our particular party’s platform, allowing our ideas to flourish and prosper unto fruition. But we are only fooling ourselves.

This dichotic system of political belief detracts from and obfuscates the true nature of our competitive abilities and completely conceals the truth of the matter from everyone involved.

Certainly, these concepts have played key rolls in the creation and growth of our Republic, that is The United States of America. However they are not foundational requirements for revolutionary acts, nor are they key in defining those processes involved with generational maturation.

Our forefathers were acutely aware of how competing ideologies can control any system of governance via false narrative, fear and misdirection. They were profoundly engaged in the divestiture of monarchism from their fellow man and replacing it with republicanism. This required a liberal mindset and approach and certainly classical liberalism, unlike contemporary progressivism, provided the movement away from colonialism into self-rule.

The truth in all of this is that by adopting either a liberal or conservative approach to life in general we are missing the big picture. We place our focus on local, finite processes rather than allowing reality to set the stage for us.

This is how we create our own personal reality, which motivates us to project into the future those things we deem important for sustainability. This mindset excludes us from grasping and contemplating the truth in all things because our attention is misdirected into fallacious thoughts whose end result is isolation.

This is the key to understanding why everyone around us is so distant, seemingly disengaged from realistic and purposeful dialogue. It is why there are some folks who just don’t seem to get it. We have all fallen for the false narrative of necessity in the actions of leaders poised to execute an agenda we have no understanding of.

It’s not that those who profess a different ideology from ours are stupid, or act out in ways that seem socially unacceptable to us. The truth is that we appear the same to them. This defines the acceptable outcome to purposeful misdirection. We are lead to believe that we are correct and others are incorrect. All predicated on a false narrative that supports this false assumption.

If you are predisposed to find the truth in anything then it would be wise to ponder upon the words of Jesus Christ. In the Book of John, Chapter 8, verses 31 and 32, he says:

“If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

The resounding truth in everything is that this world is governed by wicked spiritual creatures whose sole purpose is the humiliation and destruction of mankind. And we allow them to do this to us.

Each time you lie, or give in to a lie, you are cooperating with evil. You are allowing the adversarial spirit to come into your life and empower you. It will make you feel strong. It will give you a feeling of self-determination and self-importance. The adversary will make you come to believe that there is nothing you cannot know and nothing you cannot do.

That is the power of lies. You see it all around you. Human suffering is the outcome of those lies. They are the root cause of untimely death and destruction. Your spirit already knows that what I am telling you is true.

The only choice moving forward is to trust in the words He spoke to us. Jesus gave us immutable, eternal truth in his short mission here. We should come to read, ponder and understand His words to us. It is the only way to overcome the adversary.

Become a bastion of truth. Follow what our Savior has to say. Try to emulate Him rather than the adversary. For as long as we strive to overcome evil He will be there to guide and support us.

The Creator God told us…

(from Revelations, Chapter 21, verses 5-8:)

5 He who was seated on the throne said, “Look! I am making all things new.” Then He said to me, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.”

6 He said to me, “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the spring of the water of life to him who thirsts.

7 He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.

8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the abominable, the murderers, the sexually immoral, the sorcerers, the idolaters, and all liars shall have their portion in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone. This is the second death.”

Do not trust in the systems of governance that were invented by mankind for they are simply reflections of how the adversary operates. Do not allow the products of political acts to ensnare you and cause you harm. Put your trust in the only thing that we know for sure is good and true.

Our Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ will live in your heart when you open it to them. They await your invitation…
